In this project we develop fast, repeatable and inter-vendor reproducible AI-based acquisition protocols jointly with reconstruction and image postprocessing, using scanners from three vendors (Siemens, Philips, GE). We evaluate brain imaging sequences for reproducibility, establishing quantitative brain imaging MRI biomarkers. This study includes in total 30 healthy adult volunteers. In OMRICN protocol optimization, subset of 5 healthy adult volunteers will be MRI scanned in Turku University hospital, to initially optimize the acquisition sequences for in vivo setting. Another sub-cohort of 25 healthy adult volunteers will have the same setting, for training artificial intelligence tools and assessment of developed techniques for repeatability and inter-vendor reproducibility. Each scanner will have test-retest acquisitions and we extract raw k-space imaging data for analysis.
