In this project we develop acquisition sequences for body MRI with four scanner in three vendors (Siemens, Philips, GE). Each scanner will have test-retest acquisitions and we extract raw k-space imaging data for analysis. This study enrolls 40 healthy volunteers for body MR and prostate imaging, and 10 men with hip implant in (A) with a clinical suspicion of Prostate Cancer (PCa) and due to higher serum level of PSA than 2.5 ng/ml or abnormal digital rectal examination, or (B) with diagnosed PCa schedule for prostatectomy. Each man will undergo MRI examination with 1.5 Tesla or 3 Tesla (T) MRI scanner, with conventional bi-parametric MRI (bpMRI), and SPatiotemporal ENcoding (SPEN) version of bpMRI.
